About Us

We started Clean Snack Co because we couldn't find what we were looking for.

We wanted a peanut butter with one ingredient: peanuts. Every brand we picked up had something extra — refined sugar, stabilisers, emulsifiers, palm oil. Some had ingredients we had to Google.

So we made our own.

JAVA peanuts from South India. Slow roasted. Ground until smooth. Nothing added.

That was the beginning. Now we're working on a chocolate peanut butter — peanuts, dates, cocoa mass, nothing else — because the same problem exists in every chocolate spread on the market.

Clean Snack Co is two people, one kitchen, one commitment: if we can't explain every ingredient in plain English, it doesn't go in the jar.
