Refund policy

The Clean Snack Co does not accept returns. However, if a customer receives an incorrect or damaged product, we will, upon request, either issue a refund for the affected item or arrange for the correct product to be shipped. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate such a request.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Refunds are typically processed within 4–7 working days.
